Due to increases in shipping costs from UPS, FedEx and USPS, along with added fuel surcharges on every shipment of toner and parts and the rising cost of fuel as well as manufacturer price increases across the board, we had no choice but to pass some of these costs along to our customers so we can continue to provide the services you expect under your contract agreements with CDS Office Technologies.  We value your business and can assure you we are doing everything on our part to mitigate the rising costs of goods and services we provide.
