As part of this launch, we are introducing our new IT Support Chatbot. Integrated directly into the portal, this AI-assisted service delivery tool provides immediate answers to common questions and helps route your requests to the right experts faster than ever before.
Where to Find the Portal
We have designed the CDS Support Portal to meet you where you already work. You can access the portal in two ways:
- Microsoft Teams: Look for the CDS Support Portal icon directly in your Teams sidebar—no new passwords or tabs required.
- Web Browser: Access the full portal via any web browser for a comprehensive view of your IT environment.
