While we remain available via phone and email, the CDS Support Portal offers a faster, more transparent, and more intuitive way to manage your technology. What is the CDS Support Portal? The CDS Support Portal is a centralized command center for your business technology. No more searching through sent folders for ticket updates or waiting on hold to request new equipment. Now, you can manage everything from a single interface. Key Features Include: Unified Ticket Management: View the status of open tickets or submit new ones instantly. Seamless Onboarding & Offboarding: Initiate new user setups or secure departures with just a few clicks to ensure your team is always ready to work. Equipment Procurement: Order laptops, peripherals, and other regularly used hardware through a simplified storefront. Learning & Resources: Access a library of helpful guides, software training, and resources that empower your team to better use your technology. AI-Assisted Support at Your Fingertips As part of this launch, we are introducing our new IT Support Chatbot. Integrated directly into the portal, this AI-assisted service delivery tool provides immediate answers to common questions and helps route your requests to the right experts faster than ever before. Where to Find the Portal We have designed the CDS Support Portal to meet you where you already work. You can access the portal in two ways: Microsoft Teams: Look for the CDS Support Portal icon directly in your Teams sidebar—no new passwords or tabs required. Web Browser: Access the full portal via any web browser for a comprehensive view of your IT environment. Need Help Getting Started?
