Meeting rooms built for Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Modern meetings start with one touch. CDS designs, installs, and supports certified Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms systems — purpose-built room hardware that joins the meeting on your calendar, shares content wirelessly, and lets everyone in the room be seen and heard clearly.
- Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms
- One-touch join from the room calendar
- Sized for huddle rooms to boardrooms
Platforms
Pick the platform your team already uses
Microsoft Teams Rooms
A certified Teams Rooms system turns any space into a native Teams meeting room: the room calendar shows up on a touch console, meetings join with one tap, and content shares from a laptop with no adapters. Devices are managed from the Teams Admin Center alongside the rest of your Microsoft 365 tenant.
- Native Teams experience on the room console
- One-touch join and proximity join
- Managed from the Teams Admin Center
- Works with your Microsoft 365 licensing
Zoom Rooms
Zoom Rooms brings the same walk-in-and-meet experience to organizations standardized on Zoom: a room controller, calendar integration, wireless sharing, and whiteboarding, with devices managed centrally from the Zoom admin portal.
- Certified Zoom Rooms hardware
- Calendar integration and scheduling displays
- Wireless content sharing and whiteboarding
- Centralized device management
Sized to the room
Room systems come in tiers. Huddle and small rooms (up to about 6 people) run on an all-in-one video bar with a built-in camera and microphones. Medium rooms (6–12) add a touch console and expansion microphones. Large and extra-large rooms (12+) use a modular system — a compute core, PTZ or multi-camera tracking, ceiling microphones, and dual displays.
- Small: all-in-one video bar
- Medium: bar or modular kit + touch console
- Large / extra-large: modular core, cameras, ceiling audio, dual displays

Why CDS
Rooms that work the first time, and the hundredth
Video conferencing fails on the details — a camera that frames the ceiling, audio that drops the far end of the table, a console that will not join. CDS specifies certified hardware for each platform, installs it as a complete system, and keeps it current.
Because CDS also delivers Microsoft 365, CDS VOIP, and networking, your rooms are designed alongside the network and licensing they depend on — and supported by one help desk.
What you get

- Complete installation — Mounting, cabling, configuration, and testing by local technicians.
