Our story
Built on relationships since 1971
Our founder, Jerome “Jay” Watson, started CDS in 1971, selling copier-duplicator services and has since expanded the business into a full line of office technology products and professional services. Together, Mark and Jay Watson have grown CDS into one of the Midwest’s largest privately-owned companies, with offices across Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, and Florida.
