Over the last several years, CDS has been an integral part of helping AEIL meet its office equipment needs. We like having one person from CDS to call, as they are familiar with us and our system; CDS provides fantastic service to our organization. We can easily reach CDS via phone or email, and they are quick to respond. Depending on the situation, CDS can guide us to fixing the problem ourselves or remote in to our equipment. CDS can often solve our issues without even having to come to our office, but CDS is here quickly when needed. If we have questions about new products or ideas, CDS is always helpful in providing insight and suggestions.
