STATEWIDE DESKTOP MASTER CONTRACT

CDS Office Technologies holds the Statewide Desktop Master Contract for Lenovo desktop computers and accessories. The contract was awarded on March 1, 2011 and will be effective for a minimum of five years. The contract enables any government agency within Illinois to purchase Lenovo desktops direct from CDS without the need to go through a formal bid process. The Desktop Master Contract Number is:CMS1560940A.

Mobile Data/Video - IWIN Contract

The current Illinois Wireless Information Network (IWIN) Master Contract (CMS8291640) was awarded to CDS in May of 2008, and we continue to be the preferred supplier to the State of Illinois.

The Master Contract was amended in July of 2009, to include all Panasonic Toughbook Ruggedized and Semi-Rugged Computers and accessories along with the Panasonic Toughbook Arbitrator Mobile Video Solution. Through the states' Joint Purchasing Act the original contract and amendment enables any government agency within Illinois to purchase these products from CDS. This eliminates the cost, time, and energy to prepare formal bids.

The contract covers several models of the Panasonic Toughbook mobile computers, including the Toughbook 52, 74, 19 and 31. Also included in the contract are Havis mounting and docking equipment, Brother (Pentax) mobile printers and Symbol bar code readers.

CDS was an original partner with the IWIN network and has been the Statewide Master Contract Holder since the project inception in 1999. We are proud to be a trusted partner of the State of Illinois and so many of the government agencies throughout Illinois.
