We are a small company with a network server and 7 work stations.  Our CDS computer tech is phenomenal.  When our old server was on the verge of crashing CDS was able to remotely hook into our system from their office and keep us afloat until the new server was installed.  The transition of programs and files from the old sytem to the new system went smooth with minimal down time.  
 
Whether its been networking, software, printer, upgrading or just general questions CDS is always available to assist us in person or remotely.

When our previous copier lease and service contract was expiring in the summer of 2009, we requested a quote from CDS.  It was a pleasant surprise when CDS delivered the quote which was better than the quotes from other companies in both financial terms and in quality and capabilites of the copiers.  After some negotiation, we were able to sign a contract with CDS that fit our budget.  Within a few weeks, we were experiencing some difficulties with specific software that wasn't compatible with serveral of the copiers, but was necssary for us to use.  It appeared that it might not be possible to resolve the issue, and we were discussing whether we should mutually break the contract.  CDS was able to "go back to the drawing board" for us and provided a revised quote with newer copiers without increasing the expense we had agreed to pay.  They not only fixed the software problem, but they did it in a way that went the extra mile.  We would recommend CDS based on their commitment to do all things well!

I just wanted to compliment you on your excellent service personel.  We got our BizHub 601 in late fall 2009.  There have been a few glitches but with the good service and perseverance of your technicians the machine is running beautifully.  They have really gone the extra mile for me. 

Today we copied student handbooks all day:  double sided, three hole punched and stapled with cover pages.  There were no hang-ups and no delays.  It just kept running.  What a joy!
